LinkedIn leads with Outreach Master and HubSpot
LinkedIn is one of the most effective platforms for generating B2B leads. With Outreach Master, you can automatically target these contacts as soon as the LinkedIn data is stored in HubSpot. Outreach Master itself does not crawl or collect data from LinkedIn. Instead, you use your existing data sources such as Evaboot or other export tools to import qualified leads into HubSpot.
This is how the process works
1. Export LinkedIn leads (e.g. with Evaboot)
Evaboot is a popular tool for exporting LinkedIn contacts (e.g. from Sales Navigator searches) in compliance with the GDPR.
Evaboot creates a CSV file containing the most important information about your leads, such as:
- Name
- Position
- Company
- Email address (if available)
- LinkedIn profile URL
2. Import leads into HubSpot
Import the exported CSV file into HubSpot using the import function (Contacts → Import). Ensure that the LinkedIn profile URL is stored in the correct HubSpot field:
- Standard field: LinkedIn URL
- Internal name:
hs_linkedin_url
Alternatively, you can use your own field – Outreach Master can access any defined HubSpot field where the LinkedIn URL is stored.
3. Automation with Outreach Master
Once the LinkedIn information is stored in HubSpot, Outreach Master takes over the automation:
It retrieves the data from the defined LinkedIn field as needed.
LinkedIn automations can be launched on this basis, e.g.:
- Send connection requests (task in HubSpot titled ‘Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Connection Request’)
- Schedule follow-up messages (task in HubSpot titled ‘Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Message’)
Outreach Master does not use LinkedIn's own data source, but only the data that you have stored in HubSpot yourself.
Important note on data processing
Outreach Master does not crawl, scrape or collect data from LinkedIn.
All actions are based on the contact details already available in HubSpot, which you or your team have imported previously.
This ensures that your process remains transparent, GDPR-compliant and fully traceable.

Example setup
- Export contacts from Sales Navigator
- Import the CSV file into HubSpot and fill in the field, e.g. by default

Does Outreach Master collect data directly from LinkedIn?
No. Outreach Master does not crawl or collect LinkedIn data. It only uses the data stored in HubSpot.
Can I use a field other than hs_linkedin_url ?
Yes, you can define a different field in Outreach Master that contains the LinkedIn URL.
What happens if there is no LinkedIn link?
In this case, the task from the sequence will still be marked as completed in HubSpot, but the contact will be flagged with a note that the task could not be completed correctly. Therefore, ensure that the field is filled in for your contacts.
