Getting Started
Please find here the first steps to get everything started
Basics
- Outreach Master for HubSpot checks daily for open HubSpot tasks with a specific title for the user registered in this application. (Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Connection Request, Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Message, Outreach Master AI Call)
- These tasks are then automatically executed, marked as completed in HubSpot, and the performed activities are logged here in the dashboard and on HubSpot.
- These tasks can be created manually per user or you can use HubSpot sequences, which create the tasks.
What should I do first:
- Connect Outreach Master with HubSpot here (mandatory): https://app.outreach-master.de/dashboard/hubspot
- Connect Outreach Master with LinkedIn here (necessary for Linkedin Automation): https://app.outreach-master.de/dashboard/linkedin
- Define your AI Calling Agent here (necessary for AI Calling): https://app.outreach-master.de/dashboard/ai-calling
- Create Tasks to the contact ('Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Connection Request', 'Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Message', 'Outreach Master AI Call'
- Once the dasks are due, Outreach Master will perform the task in the next 24h. So wait and let the magic beginn :-)
LinkedIn Connection Request
- The task must be named
Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Connection Request. - The text in the task description is used as an optional connection message. LinkedIn allows a maximum of 300 characters. If the text is longer, it will be truncated.
- The HubSpot contact property with the LinkedIn URL must be filled in.
- If a connection request cannot be sent, the reason will be recorded as a note on the relevant contact in HubSpot.
Send LinkedIn Messages
- The task must be named
Outreach Master LinkedIn Send Message. - The text in the task description is sent as a message.
- In sequences, you can work very well with HubSpot personalization here.
- The HubSpot contact property with the LinkedIn URL must be filled in.
AI Cold Calls
- The task must be named
Outreach Master AI Call. - An 'AI Cold Calling Agent' must have been created here.
- For creating the cold calling agent, we recommend checking out the best practices in our knowledge base.
- The call is stored directly in HubSpot with transcript, summary, and recording.
